This week’s card for the week is Page of Air from the Angel Tarot Cards by Doreen Virtue and Radleigh Valentine.
Pages bring messages, new information, new challenges, new opportunities. Whatever transpires, the angels are encouraging you to use both your mind and your inner wisdom as you move forward. The volcano in the background is spewing molten rock, the alchemy of creation, fire transmuting what was into something entirely different. Just like the hot lava, new information received this week may need some time to cool – to settle before you can completely integrate and work with it.
Rest assured, you are well prepared. Wolf is on your left and mountain lion is on your right. Wolf is symbolic of guardianship, pathfinder, new journey, insight, integration and expression of knowledge, new teachings. Mountain lion is symbolic of coming into your own power, self esteem, strength, holding your head high and moving forward in faith and courage, taking responsibility and remembering that right action points to right results.
The unicorn behind the page is representative of the mind and the imagination, union of the external self and the hidden self. Use your mind to open to the hidden knowing of your essence. As you ponder new information, intentionally open to the inner alchemy that burns away the wall separating external logic and inner wisdom. Integrate, consider, use discernment.
At the very bottom center of this card is a fairy, beckoning the page forward. Regardless of how daunting things may at first seem, allow yourself a lighter point of view – life is an adventure!Backtracking, these past few weeks have been filled with intentionally letting go of that which you no longer need, old habits, defenses, untruths that had been imprinted from childhood, the habit of seeing only the negative, the need to control, to judge, to fall back on should haves, could haves and what ifs. As you move forward, the paths that were worn with continual use are no longer there because you have let go of those internal/external behaviors and concepts. It is normal to experience some confusion and lack of assurance as you move forward. If you are no longer going to judge, re–hash, seek to control others or need to know what the future holds, how are you to act? It is one thing to say in your head, “I am not broken and I do not need to be fixed.” It is more of a task to stick with that, believe in your own strength, perfection and make it a reality in your heart, soul and being. But stick with it you must if the change and your authentic self – your Divine essence and perfection – is to break free and fly. The angels are assuring you that you have the tools and the strength, wisdom to maneuver forward. Remember to call on them to help if you are confused, backsliding and not knowing how to grasp or what to reach for now that you have committed to a higher path. All it takes is a simple, “I need your help Angels!” Then be still, open to receive and you will receive.
